1. Information we collect
When you request counselling, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, course interest, and the information you voluntarily share during counselling. Basic technical logs may also be created by your hosting provider.
2. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand your counselling needs, provide admission-related guidance, maintain service records, and improve our website. We do not use predictor inputs for profiling; the predictor runs in your browser.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us host, communicate or operate the service, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law. We will not send your details to a college merely because you used the predictor.
4. Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for counselling, records and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or withdraw consent for promotional contact. Transactional responses already requested may still be completed.
6. Children and family use
Students under 18 should use the counselling service with a parent or guardian. We encourage families not to submit sensitive identity documents through the public enquiry form.
7. External links
Our website links to official university and admission websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
